Medical and Dental Plans Eligibility: Date of Hire - Approximately 80% of your premiums are paid by HollisterStier for employee and family coverage

401(k) Savings Plan Eligibility: 1st of the month after 30 days of employment - Contribute up to 50% of your income to a maximum of $14,000 in 2005
- HollisterStier contributes 50% of the first 6% you contribute

Employee Paid Voluntary Benefit Plans Eligibility: Date of Hire We also offer several voluntary programs to our employees. These plans are optional and are entirely on employee expense. Optional Voluntary Life/AD&D Insurance - Up to five times your annual salary to a maximum of $300,000
